The total stay was truly memorable on vacation. There were climate control, a safe, and a work desk in the room, greatly enjoyed that. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was delicious. It was in a beachfront location, in the tourist area.

The room was very basic, for me personally.

Nice styled room with a large comfortable bed, the staff was helpful. The location was beautiful and amazing, just next door to a beach club, most bars and restaurants, and all the famous restaurants, clubs, bars. Zona Hotelera district was worth visiting.

Not so helpful staff!

The stuff are attentive and the location is unbeatable close to beach. The rooms are large and stylish with a large comfortable bed, so that guests have essentials.

Also, location was stunning, at a short distance from Alumbra Tulum Wellness Center. The hotel was in a beach area, so close to the main supermarket, and the beach. The beds were comfy, the room was large and fashionable with a large comfortable bed.

Breakfast with pancakes, yoghurt plus fruits. Prime and stunning location in the tourist area, easy to get around.

The room was very comfortable, large bed. The staff was really good and always greeted us. The location was marvellous - next to restaurants and clubs as well as all great attractions.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

I recently stayed at Coco Tulum Beach Club for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience! The warm welcome from Lucia and her colleague set the tone for excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed and had a charming atmosphere. The beach club had a great vibe and was the perfect spot to relax. The delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff was a highlight of my mornings. The location of the hotel was ideal, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and close to some stunning Cenotes.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Beds were a bit hard.

We stayed at Coco Tulum Beach Club for a week and loved every moment. The cabana was right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises every morning. The spacious and immaculately clean room was a delight. The staff did an exceptional job in maintaining the property. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled between the popular hotspots of Tulum beach. The friendly and helpful concierge, German and Maties, made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach, with its soft white sand, ample sunbeds, and a unique white beach bar, was a true paradise. The bar staff served amazing cocktails and delicious food, and the nearby restaurant, Juanita Diavola, offered a mouthwatering breakfast. We also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store and liquor shop nearby. Coco Tulum Beach Club provided an unforgettable experience with reasonable prices and exceptional hospitality.

Convenient airport transportation. Beautiful location. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Everything was beautiful, comfy bed, prompt cleaning staff. Fun Sunday beach party. The included breakfast options are varied and delicious, with fresh juice and coffee. The beach hut style gives a unique touch to the experience, and the hammocks on the patios provide a relaxing spot to enjoy the warm weather. The on-site restaurant offers delicious food and drinks, served by friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the staff at the hotel restaurant weren't very friendly during our stay.
